Paris 2024: Igali Eye Podium Finish For Wrestlers
President of the Wrestling Federation Daniel Igali has set his eye on the Team Nigeria wrestling to finish on the podium in the upcoming Olympics.
Nigerian teams with the likes of Blessing Oborodudu, Mercy Genesis, Adeola Adekunroye, etc are strong contenders for medals in the ancient games.
” We have the mandate to ensure that we strive for podium finishes at the Olympics, that’s reason enough to put all the machinery in place for optimum performance”, he said.
The team camp opened on Wednesday with 6 athletes, one male and 5 females.
