First Lady, Shettima’s Wife Extend Support to Ailing Nollywood Icon Zack Orji
Senator Oluremi Tinubu, the First Lady, and Nana Shettima, the wife of the Vice President, visited the ailing Nollywood actor, Mr. Zack Orji, at the National Hospital in Abuja. They were accompanied by Uju Kennedy-Ohanenye, the Minister of Women Affairs and Social Development; Mrs. Rachael Umahi, the wife of the Minister for Works; Mrs. Bello Matawalle, the wife of the Minister of State for Defence, and others.
The First Lady, who had initially come to the hospital to celebrate the first baby of the year, spent approximately 13 minutes with the actor. Reports from the hospital indicated that Zack Orji’s health has shown improvement, thanks to the intervention of Kennedy-Ohanenye, ensuring he received the best medical attention available at the National Hospital.
“He has started talking. He is in stable condition. His wife is by his side. We really thank God for him,” said Tayo Hastrup, the National Hospital Public Relations Officer. Zack Orji was admitted to the National Hospital over the weekend after reportedly collapsing in his bathroom.
